The Renaissance Church of Harlem Choir partnered with Sing For Your Seniors to bring a very special session to the seniors at Central Harlem Senior Citizens Center.
Tripp Hampton led the choir and audience in a moving, joyful choral concert. Kaitlin Obien-Thompson added several powerful solos. (See video) Jodie Moore offered extra depth to the music with her impressive playing.
Lyric sheets were passed out, so everyone could join in the singing. Many audience members already knew every word to the hymns. Staff members even stopped their work to listen and sing.
Sing For Your Seniors is deeply grateful to the singers from Renaissance Church and Central Harlem Senior Citizens Center for joining with us to serve our community.
