The SAGE Center

We rang in the holidays today at The SAGE Center in Chelsea. 

Deborah Jean sang some fabulous tunes and had the seniors sing along. “White Christmas” and “I Love a Piano” were huge hits. Christine brought in a little country music with Amy Grant's "Tennessee Christmas.” Ronald brought out "Blue Christmas.” The entire audience sang and swayed along to "My Way." Becca performed a song she wrote called “Simple Wish.” Everyone absolutely loved it. 

At the end of the session, one of the seniors, John, thoroughly enjoyed talking to Becca about her rendition of Rodgers and Hart's "Nobody's Heart.”  John was the first to find a seat for the performance. He shared when he closed his eyes, he could feel the music in his body.  

We are always so grateful for our incredibly talented accompanist, Christopher, who made it all possible.  This was another great Sing For Your Seniors session!
